Hi My name is RIlla. i am a member of the Biggest Loser League. One of the other members over there told me about Sparkpeople so i decided to join. i actually joined about q month ago but have not had time to get on here and really look around. I am looking forward to getting to know the site better.

My Goals:
My main goal is to get back on track with my weight loss. I had lost 30 lbs over a period of about 9 months then i hit a long lasting plateau and recently gained back about 7 lbs.

My Program:
Right now I am kind of experimenting with some different exercise programs. I recently purchased the kettlenetics workout and I have begun walking again now that winter has ended.

Okay divas, listen up! I hope I have your attention. For some time now many of us have been struggling on our weight loss journey. For some its with eating, or exercising, others its both and then there are some who have lost all control and have not only fell off the wagon, but you're running after it now. Enough is enough already, that's what I say. We all fall down, but its what we do when getting back up that makes the difference.

Today, I ask you to recommit to yourself and to your weight loss journey. If you've been an active member of the team, off and on, or joined but have never chatted or done the challenges with us. This is your time to come back and join the team and get yourself going back on your journey. We do not judge on this team. No one will get on you if you fell off the wagon, we'll help you get back up to continue on your way. We all fall down and struggle, but you have a team to help you get through it this time. There's no day like today to get back up and keep on going. Don't say you're wait till Monday because we all do that. Take control right here, right now. We can do this as a team. So, who's with me on this? Here's something that will get you motivated to start in the right direction....

I am on the NYers, some team around 50-100 to lose and the Divas. I have really only commented on the Divas. Stopped by the NYers, and haven't made it to the other yet. How about you? I have been stopping here and still exploring. Still going to the BLL site and just going crazy with all to do in daily life. This time of year I would like to have longer days. So much I want to do. = ) Thanks for adding me! = )
