IF YOU DON'T LIKE STARTING OVER, WHY DID YOU QUIT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!

I am back! Used Sparkpeople 3 years ago for my wedding and lost almost 30, however, due to change in work hours, some medical issues and just plan ol' laziness, i've gained alot of it back!

As of 9/19 I found out I'm Pregnant! Soooo change of plans! If I can get past this Tired feeling I'll be good!

I completed the 30 Day Shred and bought Turbo Fire! I plan to do the modified version as often as I can without pushing myself too far.

My Goals:
Have a healthy Pregnancy and not gain too much! I have my age against me and am overweight so don't want to hurt myself!

My Program:
I plan to do at least 5 days worth of workouts! I finished JM 30 Day Shred Recently and shed 6.5 inches! I am now saving to buy Turbo Fire! In the meantime I am doing a mix of TJ fat blaster, either a 30 DS wkout or a Jackie Werner DVD for Strength and trying to get in a good 8 mile bike ride w/the hubbie on one of those days!

Personal Information:
I'm a 37 yr old Mother of one 21 year old (yes do the math, lol) I'm married to the most awesome Man I have ever known! We live in Florida on the East coast and are both natives.

Other Information:
I enjoy music, trivia and just hanging out! I am a paranormal fanatic, I love to watch Discovery ID. My passion right now is Beer (ok i'm not a alcoholic) I love the taste of different beers, I guess I'm just not a wine gal! I like my beer!

ChaLean I used a range of 2# (triceps are my weak area), 3, 5, 8, and 10. You can use what you have, and get more if you need too. She teaches you how to make what you have heavier or if you have bands you can go that option too. And no problem helping out at all. I did 30 DS with Jillian before I did ChaLean too. Love Jillian's workouts, they are tough and always challenging.

ChaLean Extreme is also a very good workout. I lost 24 inches in the 90 days on her program. You could always do them as a hybrid too. Do ChaLean or Les Mills Pump for 3 days lifting and use Turbo Jam as your cardio. I can get bored easily if I have the same DVD to do over and over, so hybrids always work for me :) Something to think about.

I emoticon my Les Mills Pump program, it's my soul mate workout. I'm half way through and can see a difference in strength gained and inches lost. Already planning on doing a Les Mills/Turbo Fire hybrid after I complete it.

Another thing I find that I like in the program is you don't just have one trainer, there are several and they continually switch through out. One trainer will do the warm-up, than another chest, another legs and so on...music is really catchy too LOL, many of times the songs will be playing in my head throughout the day emoticon
