My Goals:
Do Wii Fit Body Test EVERYDAY!

Use Wii Fit for at least 30 minutes, 5x per week. Two variable days off.

Use Outdoor Challenge on the Wii for 30 mins, 3x per week. Four variable days off.

Drink 8 glasses of water everyday.


My Program:
My Diet: eat like a king for breakfast, a queen for lunch and a broke college student for dinner. It makes perfect sense, eat your largest meal in the morning so you burn the cals throughout the day. Lots and Lots and LOTS of protein! It helps you feel fuller longer!

ONLY eat when you're hungry and STOP when you're full!

Eat slowly, try to chew each bite 15-20 times. A lot harder than it sounds.

BREYERS DOUBLE CHURN FAT FREE ICE CREAM!!!! (Vanilla or French Cholcolate) YUM

Personal Information:
I'm not very good at logging my fitness minutes because the very large majority of my workouts are on the Wii Fit and Wii Outdoor Challenge. Both games store your information there so I use that as a tracker in addition to SP.

Sorry I have been slacking on the "sparking" lately!
I am doing so many things I just don't have a lot of time for the SparkWorld. Never thought I say that =(
There is a great website "www.runnersworld.com" that has training on it. I think it would be a great help ot you. I use it all the time.
Hope that gets you off and running! congrats on your new adventure!

Can't believe how much you looked like Sarah Palin! That was a great costume, husband had a good idea...really worked! Keep up the good work! And DON'T fret the scale Heather...I too gained back 10 pounds and tend to get down about it...but DON'T...just stick to spark and that will come off again! Remember how far you've come! We all have those set backs, its how we handle them that counts! Spark On!
