I want to be healthier!

I am so tired of being tired. I have tried several programs and I cannot seem to stay motivated. I was doing well before with spark people so I am giving it another try.

I am a busy person, with three kids, two jobs and being a full time college student. It is easier to go through the drive thru than remembering to pack a lunch; however I am going to give it my best shot.

I plan on working out at least three times a week and doing a lot of core excerises. I want to lose the muffin top and tone up the abs.

Honestly, yesterday YOU were the one to keep ME motivated. If it weren't having to answer to you, I would have laid on the sofa all night. ;)

And... I meant to say WOW about the school district you work in. What do you mean by, "if you can get out without charges pressed against you"? Is is really that bad?

I had to improvise too. I got at least 45 minutes in at internship, because I barely had a chance to sit down.

I also got the 25 crunches in. I didn't anything extra like you though. :D

Good job!!

Today is 30 more minutes of movement and 25 wall push-ups?
