I am who I am.

I am a wife, mother of three, and full time college student.

I need to stay focused and not quit after a month. I need more energy and I need to slim down a lot.

I have used spark several times and showed success before writing for what now is stupid reasons. I am determined to show myself and my husband I can stick with it. I need this in more ways than one.

My biggest health issue right now is the inflammation on my sternum. The doctors don't know why ...

My biggest health issue right now is the inflammation on my sternum. The doctors don't know why or they are not telling me why, it stays inflamed and feels like in elephant is stepping on my lungs. This will be something I need to overcome. I know I can get to my goal weight.I just know I can.

My Goals:
I want to be at the wieght I was when I first met my husband. I am tired of being overwieght and tired of always being tired.

Want to run at least 3 5k's this year.

My Program:
I plan on working out at least three times a week and doing a lot of core excerises. I want to lose the muffin top and tone up the abs.

Personal Information:
I am from Yuma Arizona but now reside in Cleveland Texas. I have three wonderful children and a loving husband.

Honestly, yesterday YOU were the one to keep ME motivated. If it weren't having to answer to you, I would have laid on the sofa all night. ;)

And... I meant to say WOW about the school district you work in. What do you mean by, "if you can get out without charges pressed against you"? Is is really that bad?

I had to improvise too. I got at least 45 minutes in at internship, because I barely had a chance to sit down.

I also got the 25 crunches in. I didn't anything extra like you though. :D

Good job!!

Today is 30 more minutes of movement and 25 wall push-ups?

CRUNCHES??? Oh geez... Hahaa. It was way too early for me to read that. You sure caught me by surprise!

But I'm in.

In addition to the crunches, another 30 minute walk. We've got to keep moving if we want these pounds to come off!!
