I want to be healthier!

2016 is off and going. Started being healthier and I just have not been successful so I am starting back up with Spark. Hopefully, I will start being a healthier me.

My Goals:
My main goal is just to be healthier and lose this extra fat!

I plan on working out at least three times a week and doing a lot of core excerises. I want to lose the muffin top and tone up the abs.

I am from Yuma Arizona but now reside in Cleveland Texas. I have four wonderful children and a loving husband.

Honestly, yesterday YOU were the one to keep ME motivated. If it weren't having to answer to you, I would have laid on the sofa all night. ;)

And... I meant to say WOW about the school district you work in. What do you mean by, "if you can get out without charges pressed against you"? Is is really that bad?

I had to improvise too. I got at least 45 minutes in at internship, because I barely had a chance to sit down.

I also got the 25 crunches in. I didn't anything extra like you though. :D

Good job!!

Today is 30 more minutes of movement and 25 wall push-ups?
