I did the DAY 2 video and although I had to modify some of the exercise to make up for my weaker joints, I was able to do it without too much difficulty. I wound up repeating the video from DAY 1 as well so I could get the extra cardiovascular time in.

How did yours go?

That is awesome! It's always nice to have someone working with you in person to obtain your goals. Give your husband a high five for me!

Tonight I will be doing the lower leg exercise video (day 2) and I'm really looking forward to it. I have a weak left left due to some unfortunate medical conditions over the past ten years or so, but I've recently been given a clean bill and I can't wait to build up my strength again!

I can't wait to hear about your exercise! I'll let you know how mine goes as soon as I finish it!

Welcome to the 28 day Challenge. You'll find all the Sparkies there are great people and will offer any help and support they can so don't ever feel like you're alone!

The videos aren't as daunting as they seem and after a week it'll seem like child's play.

I saw your post in the 28 Day Bootcamp and thought I would poke you here on your SparkPage!

We both seem to need people to keep us on track, so I think it would be a great idea if you and I check in with each other every day so we can help keep the other motivated! What do you think?
