I did the DAY 2 video and although I had to modify some of the exercise to make up for my weaker joints, I was able to do it without too much difficulty. I wound up repeating the video from DAY 1 as well so I could get the extra cardiovascular time in.
That is awesome! It's always nice to have someone working with you in person to obtain your goals. Give your husband a high five for me!
Tonight I will be doing the lower leg exercise video (day 2) and I'm really looking forward to it. I have a weak left left due to some unfortunate medical conditions over the past ten years or so, but I've recently been given a clean bill and I can't wait to build up my strength again!
