Hey Kat - it's been a few days, so I thought I'd check in with you to see how you're doing.
So...how are you doing? :)
I'm still doing my two days on, one day off...seems to be working well for me. And I'm still doing 60 minutes (plus 5 minute cool down)...only now, I've upped the level to give me a bit more resistence; I'm at level 10. I'll stay there for this week yet, and then up it to 11...and once I get to the highest level (20), then I'll be adding more time. 2558 days ago
