Hey! Just wanted to see how things were going with you after going back to work. I am a SAHM now, but plan to possibly go to school again in the near future for my Master's Degree. I just have to decide what I want to do first! ;)

Hey there Jenny
I work 3 days a week at an office and find it easier to eat well and get the water in on those days. I always keep a filled water bottle on my desk, as soon as it is empty I refill it. Also I pack my breakfast, lunch and snacks the night before. That way there is always something healthy to grab, usually fruit, and I tend to stay on track better this way. Good luck making it all work for you.
