Blessed Mommy

I am a stay at home mom to two wonderful boys. Although I am about the weight I would like to be, I need to find the time to work out.
I gained almost 70 lbs with my first son and thought it would be easy to lose since I have always been thin. Well, I was half right. I am a stay at home mom to two wonderful boys. Although I am about the weight I would like to be, I need to find the time to work out.
I gained almost 70 lbs with my first son and thought it would be easy to lose since I have always been thin. Well, I was half right. It took me 18 months to realize that the big secret to weight loss is eating right and HARD work. Once I got motivated here and track my calories and exercise, the weight came off pretty easily and I was in tip top shape. I lost the last 35 pounds in three months and I was a yummy mummy if I do say so myself.
I gained a more reasonable 33 lbs with my second (I think those last five pounds were water weight right before delivery) and lost it very easily, but I don't feel that I really ever got into great shape. I was thin and my previous size but wish I made more time to work out.
Now I am trying to lose the little weight that gained with my third pregnancy. Sadly we lost Trevor at almost six months pregnant on Dec 23rd 2010. I'm trying my best to turn this into a positive: to be the best mommy I can be, to work out consistantly and get more organized and on top of things at home.

***Our fourth baby boy was born on Nov 3rd! 15 pounds to lose after one week postpartum! Here we go again!

Personal Information:
My husband and I have returned to the area that I grew up, the beautiful, but boring Finger Lakes region of New York. We have a four year old and year and a half old sons- the light of my life.

Other Information:
I love to read, needlepoint, and decorate cakes, which can sometimes gets in the way of losing weight. (I sound like such a nerd on paper.) I was blessed with my Henry 5 years ago and sweet baby boy Mitchell turned two on June 14th. Our hearts grew again Nov 3rd, 2011. Welcome Theodore!
