Soon to be Mrs. Holford

Wow- we are having the wedding about 4 months early..the 9th of May in Vegas!! Very excited but stressed at the same time.

I am back so I can keep track of everything I eat and have some accountability to all of you. I have started working out again with my trainer and she is killing me. I have been getting to the gym 4-5x a week...but it is my food intake that is killing me. This is an old pic but it is my goal!

Wow an hour on the treadmill you ROCK! GEtting your water in can be hard but it becomes more natural after you get the swing of it! YOur doing great! How is the workout coming today?
