My Goals:
1. To be in my ideal weight range. 2. To be happy with my body. 3. TRACK MY FOOD EVERY DAY NO MATTER WHAT I EAT!
My Program:
Have a deficit of 1000 calories or more per day. Burn at the least 2500 calories a day via BodyMedia Fit. Diet: Under 1500 calories a day. Supplement with Shakeology & protein shakes when needed.
Exercise: I have an active lifestyle & walk/run a few times a week. Started Turbo Fire on 3/23/11 & loving it!

hmm..not sure what to put here. I read a lot & enjoy spending time with my family more than any thing. Currently I'm reading a couple series by Charlaine Harris & a series by Kelley Armstrong as well.
