My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 lbs by this summer which is June 21st. My starting weight when I started my journey on 12/29/12 is 274 lbs. In order to achieve that goal I will have to lose 8.3 lbs a month. I think that goal is achievable for me right now because of the amount of weight I have to lose. Once I achieve my first goal, I will set my next goal. But first thing is first...lose 50 lbs! :)

My Program:
In order for me to lose this weight I plan to work out 5-6 days a week. My rest day will be Saturday/Sunday. I would like to include cardio workouts and strength training every other day. I would like to start by working out 40-45 minutes a day. I have a lot of DVD's as well as an elliptical and an exercise bike that I can do at home. I also plan to follow a healthy diet and eat within my calories daily. :)

I love to scrapbook, watch movies, sing, cook, and spend time with my family! :)

I'm so far behind in catching up on comments on my blogs!!! My fun recipe that I make once a week is from the menu plan. You take a skillet, put just enough oil to cover the bottom, and pour in two/three chopped garlic cloves. Then you line the bottom with chopped tomato (about half of a good sized one) and spinach. Move to simmer and cover for 10 minutes. Then you serve over a half cup of spaghetti with a chicken breast. Yummy!!! I usually have with an apple and asparagus.
