My Goals:
If I based my goals on BMI, I should aim for 136 lbs, which is about half of my starting weight.

If I can get down to 200 lbs, that would be awesome. Then I can worry about the next 64...

My Program:
My exercise is mostly in the form of roller skating and roller derby practice, which entails cardio, strength, and balance.

Hi, I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I'm new to the Pensacola team. I say your blog and thought I'd visit. I've always wanted to volunteer with hospice.
