Hey everyone!

I am here to lose 30 pounds that I have been trying to lose for the last couple of years. I really want to get in great shape before the hubby and I start trying to have a family down the line.

Some of my biggest challenges are traveling for my job (I travel 4 days every week), and trying to realize that I can't eat the same portion sizes as my 6'4" hubby!

My Program:
Trying to stay within 1600-1700 calories per day.

Do 5 days cardio per week for at least 30 minutes, 2-3 days weight lifting.
