My goal is to lose 18lbs. by my 30th birthday in October. I want to be back in shape before the husband and I start trying to get pregnant. I recently found out that I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which will make it difficult for us to get pregnant and for me to lose weight. I'm following the South Beach diet right now to change the way my body processes sugar and to help lose the belly fat I've gotten because of the PCOS.
I started the South Beach Diet today. The first 2 weeks are no sugar or carbs. They are slowly reintroduce in week 3.
I will follow the South Beach diet and their super charged work out plan.
