Going to make it this time!!

I'm here to lose it for good and keep it off!!!

Here are my updated goals beginning 2/14/2012. This will continue at least until 12/31/2012.

1. Eat 5 servings veggies/fruits a day.
2. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
3. Work out at least 5 days a week.
This will consist of:
2 days of strength training (upper body, lower body)
2 days of jogging or arc trainer
1 day of dancing (line dancing or Dance Central)

There are a few different ones to choose from (I thought the kitchen timer was a neat idea), but the interval one is really helpful!
