    Thanks! No one really understands how challenging it is to shed unwanted pounds unless they are carrying them! I think the first thing I had to figure out was what is keeping my weight on. Emotional eater? Carb addict? Health problems? Not enough physical activity? Guess what... I am all those things!!! So I started Raw Food a lil over a month ago. I know everyone has their own plan but this works for me. My spirit is lifted and that helps with the emotional eating.
    Sparkpeople and friends like you are my saviors also. Logging three times a day helps me stop over eating. I actually have to make sure I eat enough!
    My fav thing to do is read others spark pages and look at their pics at night(when I used to snack)
    My biggest tip is find the reason you want to lose. For me it's my health and my happiness. A wonderful man has come into my life. Tomorrow is promised to no one, but I am not gonna let my own poor choices rob me of the pleasure of kissing him every morning nor the torture of hearing his snoring every night. He makes me want to live to be 140! LOL And I want babies! I have lost 23 pounds so far I have 80 to go! I can do it and so can you!! emoticon

    Hey! Thanks for the comment! Using food to cope with emotion is still a weakness of mine! I have tried to shift it to exercise or working around the house, and that works when I catch it enough and am consciously aware of what I am doing. I haven't perfected it yet, though! LOL! :) Are you an emotional eater, too?
