My planned long run got zapped by the weather (freezing with 15mph winds). So I drove 10 miles to the gym for a shorter run on the treadmill. Sometimes I miss city living.
I'm also active in our church. We have a "Health and Holiness" Ministry which has been very successful.
When you run, don't forget to stretch afterwards. There are several routines on Spark that help prevent soreness and injury.
