Hi,

I'm Stace and I'm just getting re-comitted to starting with a weight-loss program. I am an on again, off again dieter and have been overweight my whole life. I am hoping this program will keep me motivated and help me to stay on track for the long-haul. I want to lose at least 50lbs, so it will be a challange to keep myself going, but I believe I can do it. I want to get healthy, not just thin, for myself and my future family. I have been married for a year and gained back the 15 lbs I lost for the wedding already. I want to start a family in the next 3-5 years and I don't want to bring up children in a household obsessed with losing weight. If I can find my happy weight and learn how to maintain it in a healthy way, that will be my dream come true.

Goals met and yet to reach:

195: Salon makeover to make sure I don't go back to looking the same way ever again!
- completed!!!

190: Pedicure

185: New Wii game

180: New gym outfit

175: Break out the skinny wardrobe and see if it fits. Throw away fat clothes (yay!)

170: New Wii game

165: New playlist for ipod

160: New camera because I'll want to have pictures of me now!

155: Bike

150: New wardrobe throw out or donate everything too big and NEVER LOOK BACK!!!!!!

145: (Goal) Vacation!!!

- To become healthy once and for all

- To feel comfortable with myself and the way I look
- To stop being so tired and sick feeling all the time


My Program:
Cutting back on calories, adding fruits, veg, and whole grain and removing the junk while still allowing for a splurge now and then.

I am a student in pharmacy school and have been married for just over a year. I have trouble keeping with a program due to my crazy schedule and am trying to make it work this time.
