My Goals:
- 10 lbs (Woo Hoo! Done!) - 20 lbs - 30 lbs - 40 lbs - 52 lbs (at Goal Weight) - Lose a pants size - Do 15 MAN push-ups - Do 100 crunches in one sitting - Finish that blasted screenplay!
My Program:
- Stay at the BOTTOM end of my caloric range. - Eat healthy, filling salads for lunch at least 3x per week. - Have at least 2 servings of fruits and veggies per day. - Exercise daily (either walk, treadmill, or video) - Weight train/body sculpt 2x per week (can be included with above if mixed with aerobic) - Journal food on the weekends!!! - Get back into Yoga or something soothing.
Personal Information:
I'm from a small town in Texas. Graduated from U.T. (Austin) with a B.S. in Radio-TV-Film in 2008. You can decide for yourself if that abbreviation is for Bachelor of Science or something else.. lol. Very proud to be a Longhorn. Happy married to a wonderful man named Josh. We'll be celebrating our 3rd year of marriage 08/25/2010.
Other Information:
Favorite movies: I watch and enjoy just about every genre. I have a favorites list a mile long, so I'll tell you what I DO NOT want to see.. ever, ever again. Notorious. Film professor made us watch it over and over. Drove me crazy. Favorite Books: Wow. Same as above....except a longer list. lol I read just about everything.
