I've tried to lose one pound per week for the last four years or more. Finally, with Sparkpeople, I'm seeing the scale move. Yay! Even though I was working out before (3-5 days per week), Sparkpeople helps me stay consistent (6 days per week) and not go over my calories. 22 pounds gone, 8 pounds to go to meet my next goal.
