I am going to lose the weight this time. I have goals, supportive loved ones, and spark people.
My Weight Loss Goals-
*Keep track of everything-food,exercise, and water
*treadmill-30 minutes a day
*mall walk at least 4 times a week (45 minutes)
*at least 8 glasses of water
*To have a healthy and happy life
Daily Exercise - walking/exercise at least 30 minutes daily

I am married to a wonderfully supportive man. We have no kids. We are the "parents" to a very spoiled puppy.
I love music, mainly alternative. I love the following bands...Fall Out Boy, Cobra Starship, Jack's Mannequin, Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, Lucky Boys Confusion, Something Corporate, Panic At The Disco, The Cab, The Hush Sound, Meg & Dia, Paramore, Gym Class Heroes, Motion City Soundtrack, My Chemical Romance, The Used, The Academy Is, The Matches, way too many to list.
My fave tv shows-
Prison Break, House, Heroes, LOST, Damages, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Pushing Daisies, The Office, Friends, Clean House, Family Guy, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, The Simpsons.
