My Goals:
My main goal is to be happy with my body. To stop fighting with a weight problem...and to just be me. Not me DIETING, just me BEING.

I want to get dressed and feel great about what I see in the mirror.

I want to live actively and eat healthily. I want my daughter to view me as a positive motivation in her life to do the same as she gets older.

Oh, and I want to stay sexy for my husband too hahahaha

My Program:
I aim for the low end of my caloric range which is currently 1200 - 1500.

I eat 3 -4 times a day. Healthy, filling foods. I avoid red meat 99.5% of the time.

I cannot eat fat free dairy cause it tastes gross to me (other than cottage cheese).

Feel free to check my tracker for my eating plan. Normally looks like this:

Bread/Protein/Fruit for Breakfast

Bread/Protein/Veggies
for Lunch

Fruit Snack

Protein/Veggies/Fruit for Dinner

I enjoy occasional sugar free treats. Little chocolates, puddings, jello, cool whip with my fruit...and Weight Watchers ice cream type desserts.

Personal Information:
I am not a first time dieter. I do not have pregnancy weight to lose. I am not experiencing a mid-life weight gain issue.

I have been overweight pretty much forever. Overweight kid, overweight teen....etc, etc.

I lost 50 pounds when I turned 30 because I just didn't like what I was looking like or how I was feeling. (2005)

Maintained for a while...and have since gained some of that weight back...about 20 something pounds by the time 2012 rolled around.

I remarried (2009), which led to some slacking off. I stopped working out and started eating like my husband! BAD IDEA!!! I am very jealous of his metabolism!!!!!! He kills me!

So, I'm back to business and trying to get that number down...down...down. As far as I can go.

Other Information:
MY WORKOUT REGIME:

My husband and I joined Planet Fitness. We go as often as we can, usually 5 days a week. I can be found either on the elliptical or the arc machine.

I workout 6 days a week. Minimum 30 minutes cardio.

If I don't make it to the gym, I walk/jog 3 - 4 miles around the neighborhood.

I plan to do some hardcore workouts at home when the weather cools down...Jillian Michaels (Love to hate her!).

Minimal weight training 3x a week. Have to work on that a bit more.

thanks for the tips on meal prepping. I decided i will get the hang of planning my meals down first and then venture into prepping for the week ahead. It takes the stress out for now.
