1. Be Healthier 2. Be more active 3. Look and feel hot in a bathing suit. 4. Prove to myself I can do it. 5. Go shopping and have to ask for a smaller size. 6. Encourage others in my family to be healthy. 7. Live a long life. 8. Not be seen as "the chubby one". 9. Throw away my "fat clothes" 10. Feel comfortable in my own skin.
I am trying to stay within the nutritional goals set by spark people. I am writing down and logging EVERYTHING I am eating even if I am over for the day, being accountable for my intake. I am also slowly increasing my physical activity.
