The LAST Time!

I'm Bobbi! I'm a second year law student in Florida. I'm married to my best friend, and we have three fur babies: two dogs and a cat. I have been overweight for most of my life. In high school, I swam competitively and was in the best shape of my life. My goal is to get to my "happy place" as far as fitness goes. I'm not concerned with the numbers on the scale. This is a lifestyle change and I am looking forward to being successful. This is going to be the last time I have to get back ...

Hi Bobbi,

You will actually find that feature on your My Fitness page. At the top of that page, you will click Change Fitness Goals. Scroll to the very bottom of that page until you find the Cardio Setup section. At the bottom of that section, it says "If you know how many calories you burn each week, enter it here" This is where you will put in that number. If you don't know how many calories you typically burn in a week, you can run a report or you can scroll through your last 7 days of fitness and add the numbers up. Once you enter your calories burned number, be sure to click Save Your Changes. Then go to your nutrition tracker to see if it changed your ranges. In order to get the most out of these tools, it is important to track everything that you eat and all of your fitness. Otherwise you will be left guessing at whether or not you are staying in range. Being as precise as possible in the beginning will help you to gain some momentum and develop good habits.

Hope this helps. If you can't figure it out, let me know and I will see if I can provide better details.

Melissa

I know! Boredom = overeating. And with nothing to do over spring break (which is a blessing and a curse) I know how hard it can be! YOu can do it though! And that's awesome that you have an accountability partner in your hubby. Congrats on your success so far!!
