So I am in the tird week of my transformation and is amazed that I kept with it! I have done the whole weight loss thing before and then I quit! Nope not this time! I have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks and is feeling great... for the first time in a long time I ran 1.5 miles without stopping.... It brought tears to my eyes as I completed it, yes it was at a moterate pace but I still did it! I now know there is nothing that is going to stop me! Here I come 51 lbs... you ...

I am a mother of 2 awsome little boys (Aiden 8, Reilly 5) and wife to a VERY loving husband... somewhere in the mix of this I have gotten lost and I need to find myself again! I used to be the person that would run everyday and do the Boulder Boulder every year and play on coed teams all summer long doing sports! But I can barely run a mile or keep up with my VERY active little boys! I have developed issues with my knees and sleeping due to gaining this weight and I am ready to let it go so I can be a better me!

I know this journey will be at times long and hard but I want it so bad!

My Goals:
To be the weight that I was before I had my kiddos. I felt the best, I was the best, and I will be the best again! I would love to be able to run the Boulder Boulder before we move away from Colorado in Sept 2011. I want to be able to play with my kids and not be winded; I want them to be winded and ask me to wait for them to catch up!

My Program:
Cardio 3x's a week, Weights 2x's a week, eat right and watch my portions.

The best thing for you to remember (in my humble opinion) is that you are not dieting or trying to get to any specific scale number. Instead, you are building a healthier you. That means, as of right this moment, you are ALREADY successful.

And yep, it's easier to keep being successful than it is to feel like you are chasing a goal that is years down the road.

You can do this!
