So I am in the tird week of my transformation and is amazed that I kept with it! I have done the whole weight loss thing before and then I quit! Nope not this time! I have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks and is feeling great... for the first time in a long time I ran 1.5 miles without stopping.... It brought tears to my eyes as I completed it, yes it was at a moterate pace but I still did it! I now know there is nothing that is going to stop me! Here I come 51 lbs... you better be ready to move out cause its eviction time!

I am a mother of 2 awsome little boys (Aiden 8, Reilly 5) and wife to a VERY loving husband... somewhere in the mix of this I have gotten lost and I need to find myself again! I used to be the person that would run everyday and do the Boulder Boulder every year and play on coed teams all summer long doing sports! But I can barely run a mile or keep up with my VERY active little boys! I have developed issues with my knees and sleeping due to gaining this weight and I am ready to let it go so I can be a better me!

I know this journey will be at times long and hard but I want it so bad!

My Goals:
To be the weight that I was before I had my kiddos. I felt the best, I was the best, and I will be the best again! I would love to be able to run the Boulder Boulder before we move away from Colorado in Sept 2011. I want to be able to play with my kids and not be winded; I want them to be winded and ask me to wait for them to catch up!

My Program:
Cardio 3x's a week, Weights 2x's a week, eat right and watch my portions.
