My Goals:
To lose weight and not be skinny fat ,but tight and toned.
To follow clean eating becasue its a huge part of the equation
To work out and gain more energy so I can accomplish my goals.

My Program:
My program is light for the moment because I do not want an injury that will impair me to continue... although I have worked out hard before (Crossfit) I will not be going there till I get stronger....

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Boston Massachuttes to Cuban born parents. Moved to Miami Florida when I was 10 years old (LOVE IT HERE) Iam a Mother ,Wife and Business Owner. Married my High school sweetheart 21 years ago. He keeps me motivated and supports me on my journey. My biggest motivation is to be a great role model to my two daughters.

Other Information:
Working on finishing my Bacholar degree in Criminal Justice without losing my mind in the process...
I love pink and anything that shines ,but most of all I love my family (crazy and all...)

Thanks for the comments on both my page and my newest blog. I'm actually in the process of getting healthy recipes together to publish a cookbook. I've thought about putting my blogs into book form, too, since there is pretty much enough writing there to fill up one. :-)

Nice work on hitting the gym and having your weight down! As someone who was overweight, I understand the need to position my clients kinda out of the spotlight and mainstream areas of the gym, if at all possible. We stretch with our backs to the wall, try and avoid machines that make you bend in front of people, and just generally stay out of the way. As time goes on the client starts to care less and less about these things, but at first, especially, I am very sensitive to it.

Thank you for the comment on my blog! Your outlook about weight loss is totally correct- Keep doing the right things and bit by bit your body will change. You didn't gain it overnight, and you won't lose it overnight.

Keep talking encouraging to yourself! Pat yourself on the back for every little good thing you do. Your subconscious will believe you are worth it and it will make it easier to continue.
