Happy Momma

I'm a 36 y.o. happy wife and homeschooling momma to 2 great kids. I really need to lose about 108 lbs, and I'm hoping that this will help me stay accountable. I have an unfortunate habit of yo-yo dieting because I set unreasonable goals and fail. This time, I'm setting reasonable goals that I can meet and will encourage me to keep going with bigger and better goals.

My Goals:
My goals are small for now - drink more water, eat more fruits & veggies, and keep moving. As I am able to meet these goals, I'll start to aim higher.

My Program:
I'm eating fruit and veggies (instead of pastries) for breakfast and snacks, guzzling water thoughout the day, and playing wii fit with my kids.

I challenge you to do 5 more of whatever exercise you are doing tomorrow. 5 more cardio minutes. 5 more minutes walking. 5 more push-ups. 5 more lunges. Just 5 more of something. Have a great week!
