New Year Next 20!
Last year I started at a weight of 175lbs and through hard work and motivation managed to lose 20 of that. After the holidays I gained 3 back, but now it's time for new goals. This year I want to go on to lose another 20lbs. Getting back on the waggon after not tracking my calories will be hard and so will getting back to a workout routine, but if I did it last year then I can find it in myself to do it again! 2013 Goals and Rewards 158-155 New Pants! 155150 New ...

My Goals:
My long term goal is lose about 45pounds, and to find ways to build myself up and not knock myself down. I plan to live every day to the fullest and healthiest!!
My Program:
right now i am tracking every thing i eat, making sure that i drink my water and I do about 30-40 mins of cardio 5 days a week and then mon, wed, and fri I also do toning workouts. Trying to break through my first plateau!

i am originally from cincinnati ohio, but i married a canadian and moved to toronto. i am 23and married with a 3month old little boy
