New Year Next 20!

Last year I started at a weight of 175lbs and through hard work and motivation managed to lose 20 of that. After the holidays I gained 3 back, but now it's time for new goals. This year I want to go on to lose another 20lbs. Getting back on the waggon after not tracking my calories will be hard and so will getting back to a workout routine, but if I did it last year then I can find it in myself to do it again!

My Goals:
My long term goal is lose about 45pounds, and to find ways to build myself up and not knock myself down. I plan to live every day to the fullest and healthiest!!

My Program:
right now i am tracking every thing i eat, making sure that i drink my water and I do about 30-40 mins of cardio 5 days a week and then mon, wed, and fri I also do toning workouts. Trying to break through my first plateau!

Personal Information:
i am originally from cincinnati ohio, but i married a canadian and moved to toronto. i am 23and married with a 3month old little boy

Other Information:
i can't wait to get to know every one, and i am really excited about being my best self!

Thanks for popping in!! I'm still in a slump, but not because of a lack of desire! :( I did something to mess up my knee and I haven't been able to exercise in weeks. I REALLY wanted to go to Zumba tonight, but I just think it's a bad idea...at least I can try to focus on strengthening my arms haha. How about you??

Thanks! I've been a sparker for a while, but this is really my first time getting involved with the message boards. Honestly I think that posting things about my personal experiences has held me much more accountable about my food intake and workout routine. I plan on celebrating every victory! emoticon
