I've been over on all my food every day for months now. The tracking goal is hopefully enough to get me to get serious about eating healthier. I tend to not track at all if I eat anything I think is a poor choice. So step 1 is being honest with my tracking by putting everything on it no matter what it is. I know, it has taken me 3 long years of sparking to get to this point. Sad but I'm a slower learner.
