Hi I'm Nicole! I found SparkPeople through theknot.com while preparing for my wedding. I lost about 15 pounds for my wedding on June 23, 2007 and then completely fell off the weight loss/healthy lifestyle wagon. I went right back to my computer-potato self.

I've been working out (mostly running) a few days a week consistently for the last year, but with no weight loss. I have jumped on the Turbo Fire bandwagon and am hoping to see some results!

*To lose weight slowly and steadily so that I can keep it off once it's gone.

*To eat smaller portions of healthy meals, but nothing so strict that I won't stick to it for the long run.

*To get fit and toned again.

*Still working on coming up with some good rewards for meeting my goals.

Personal Information:
My name is Nicole, I'm 5'2" and 28years old.

My husband and I live in the country in rural Indiana.

I love to travel and lived in Australia for 6 months in college. I have missed traveling as much as I did during those 6 months, but the real world just won't allow it.

What a surprise Nicole. I am honored to be on your page. Love your pictures. You're a great looking couple! I think your food plan sounds good as well as the exercise, just stick with it and you'll get there, don't be too much in a hurry!!
You mentioned Austraiia, our grandson was hired by the Dandenong Rangers to play basketball for them a second year. I am not too thrilled since it's so far away, but it was a great experience for him.
My daughter in law is from Pekin Indiana, any where near you? OK, better not fill the page!! I will be pulling for you!! Hugs, Betty
