Motivation
Motivated to lost the large amount of weight that I have gained. I was always the girl who could pretty much wear whatever i wanted. I never had a weight problem until after I had my son and then it really got out of control because I kept the same eating habits that I did when I was pregnant and eating for two. I was also very active growing up through college and once I had my son and started working full time, I never made anytime for myself. I have grown a lot on this journey ...

I never had a weight problem until after I had my son and then it really got out of control because I kept the same eating habits that I did when I was pregnant and eating for two. I was also very active growing up through college and once I had my son and started working full time, I never made anytime for myself. I have grown a lot on this journey through the encouragement of my wonderful husband and Sparkpeople. I still have a long way to go and have experienced some setbacks in the past and as recent as a few weeks ago. But I will achieve my goals and get back to the old me.

My Goals:
(1st Goal) To get out of the 200's. (2nd Goal) To reach at least 180 lbs. and get healthy. (3rd Goal) To get back down to my college size. (145 lbs - I was a fit 145!)
My Program:
I currently do strength training. I was doing a lot of elliptical but lately I have been focusing on the treadmill in preparing myself to run my first 5k this year.
