Ready, Set, Lose Weight

Three weeks ago I started to workout again and I've been so energized! I have a personal trainer that is awesome, I take classes at the YMCA, which I love! I hope that I can continue this journey to my goal weight! My 4th anniversary is coming up and I dont expect to be at my FINAL goal but I do expect to see changes and have lost plenty of weight! I believe in myself and I know I can do this. I want to lead a healthy lifestyle for my family (husband/daughter) and hope that one day my hubby ...

I believe in myself and I know I can do this. I want to lead a healthy lifestyle for my family (husband/daughter) and hope that one day my hubby will start working out to become healthy, too! I even hope that my daughter takes up running!! :) I pray that everyone on SP reaches there goal no matter what it is!

For the remainder of this year, I'm going to set a goal to RUN/ELLIPTICAL/BIKE 30 miles. 10 miles for each month! All miles count ;D

~*~*~Wow, I am really coming along. Didnt realize how quick I would be at my goal. So, I think I will keep the 30 mile goal as the min, but for a fun challenge I think I will try to do 30 miles in each month, totaling 90 miles as the max by December 31!!!

I hope all is going well with you and your family. I'm glad your able to get in some fitness. I borrowed your virtual girls ...I don't know how to do it on my own. I think your page looks good. I have been gone for a while and managed to add on additional pounds....hating that. Anyway I plan on trying to get back on the band wagon...hopefully I'll reach my goal soon. Thanks for writing hope to hear from you again.

Thankyou for the comment, I am tryign my best to stay as healthy as possible this pregnancy and then get back to work on loosig some weight once bubba arrives, how is yoru pregnancy going?

Welcome to Yoga Booty Buddies! Make sure you take special care during your pregnancy!!! Just listen to your body and don't over due it! I did once and ended up on bed rest!
