Ready, Set, Lose Weight

Three weeks ago I started to workout again and I've been so energized! I have a personal trainer that is awesome, I take classes at the YMCA, which I love! I hope that I can continue this journey to my goal weight! My 4th anniversary is coming up and I dont expect to be at my FINAL goal but I do expect to see changes and have lost plenty of weight! I believe in myself and I know I can do this. I want to lead a healthy lifestyle for my family (husband/daughter) and hope that one day my hubby ...

I believe in myself and I know I can do this. I want to lead a healthy lifestyle for my family (husband/daughter) and hope that one day my hubby will start working out to become healthy, too! I even hope that my daughter takes up running!! :) I pray that everyone on SP reaches there goal no matter what it is!

For the remainder of this year, I'm going to set a goal to RUN/ELLIPTICAL/BIKE 30 miles. 10 miles for each month! All miles count ;D

~*~*~Wow, I am really coming along. Didnt realize how quick I would be at my goal. So, I think I will keep the 30 mile goal as the min, but for a fun challenge I think I will try to do 30 miles in each month, totaling 90 miles as the max by December 31!!!

emoticon on being in the top 25 for fitness mins for the team Divas Dropping Down...it may not seem like alot but out of all the members on that team that is something to be proud about!! Keep up the good work!! emoticon

Hi there...I see that you commented on a blog of mine...as I see the scale slowly creep downwards, I know a big part of it is due to exercise. I was working out 7 days a week and have decided to take Sunday as a day of rest...just as the Lord instructed us....so I gave myself persmission...Tee Hee...Have a great day!
