Hello fellow slimmers. "I'm hoping that public humiliation will help me lose the pounds before my doctor decides to weigh me again!" That was what I wrote when I joined SparkPeople. My wish came true and I reached my goal weight in time for my next doctor's appointment. I don't know who was more pleased....her or me! Now I am Sparking for life.....BECAUSE IT WORKS!!!

UPDATE: I lost 14kg and reached my goal weight of 60kg in June 2009. In January 2010, I was voted a "SparkPeople Motivator". I am thrilled to be in such good company.

Thanks for reading my February plans blog, does me good to have the month planned and also to include fun things.
There are a couple of cat cafes and we have spoken about visiting one for ages. Daughter booked on line £6 for a 90 min slot this just covers entrance and then buy your drinks and snack. Something different emoticon

Thank you Una! I know it's doable; I was perfectly comfortable with that program a year ago and feel I am able to get back there now. It's doable, I just had to make it "real" again and not "slack off". Your encouragement means a lot to me. Hugs.
