My wish came true and I reached my goal weight in time for my next doctor's appointment. I don't know who was more pleased....her or me! Now I am Sparking for life.....BECAUSE IT WORKS!!!

*My lawns are still growing like crazy. I wish they would slow down a bit!*

mine too, guess they don't know the season's changing.
I start to mow less in September usually but I'm still doing it weekly. Need to get some weed and feed on it soon and get our gardener friend to scarify for us (he's a pro and has a fast machine that does them all in 45 mins............would take me hours to do it by hand!)

Happy Thursday Una emoticon

Hi Una, Thanks for the visit. Your comment on high mirrors reminded me of my ex SIL. He got in to drive us somewhere and threw a fit (way out of proportion to the situation) because my DD had left the visor down! Thing is--it did totally block his view because of his height. She and I don't even notice it. Point taken; but it takes less energy to flip it up than make a scene! :( Note the ex. :)

Thanks for the nice comments on my hair. I just felt like doing something drastic before nature takes over with the grey. DH still a bit in shock he is a bit boring at times and not keen on change. He does enjoy how I still surprise him after all this time

When we were moving a local scrap metal man was an absolute angel, took all the crud from our old shed and came back for my old exercise bike.

Have a great day Una emoticon
