Hello fellow slimmers. "I'm hoping that public humiliation will help me lose the pounds before my doctor decides to weigh me again!" That was what I wrote when I joined SparkPeople. My wish came true and I reached my goal weight in time for my next doctor's appointment. I don't know who was more pleased....her or me! Now I am Sparking for life.....BECAUSE IT WORKS!!!

UPDATE: I lost 14kg and reached my goal weight of 60kg in June 2009. In January 2010, I was voted a "SparkPeople Motivator". I am thrilled to be in such good company.

You can do both. I've rooted cuttings from mine when I take them out in the spring from the closet. Using what I trim off to shape up the plant. But can do the same and put cuttings in pots in the fall. I just don't like keeping up with them all winter; don't have a good spot. The stairwell closet isn't heated and works fine; so would a garage. The plant, and now plants from cuttings come from a really spectacular plant 3 years ago and have not disappointed. The original is what inspired me to try this. At this point I'm putting 4-5 plants in one big bag and it could hold more. I soak the roots around once a month, about 4 times over the winter. emoticon

I like my bike saddle low for the same reason: lack of confidence in my ability to unclip and get off the seat in order to put a foot on the ground if/when I have to stop! So this morning, I intend to get out there and practice the skill with the adjustments Ben made to Sophia the road bike! Wish me luck and pray the next post doesn't come from a hospital! emoticon

Although terrible it does not look like a terrorist shooting in Germany just a fragile young man with mental health problems but horrendous consequences
