MRS.DOYLE is a SparkPeople Motivator!
Hello fellow slimmers. "I'm hoping that public humiliation will help me lose the pounds before my doctor decides to weigh me again!" That was what I wrote when I joined SparkPeople. My wish came true and I reached my goal weight in time for my next doctor's appointment. I don't know who was more pleased....her or me! Now I am Sparking for life.....BECAUSE IT WORKS!!!
UPDATE: I lost 14kg and reached my goal weight of 60kg in June 2009. In January 2010, I was voted a "SparkPeople Motivator". I am thrilled to be in such good company.

The program that works for me includes deep breathing, stretching, doing the "exercise of the day", Pilates, walking, jogging, gardening, tracking my food carefully and drinking 8 glasses of water daily.
I live in London with a hubby, a cat, a garden, a house, a huge mortgage, and 8 million neighbours. I blog for escapism. See my Great Balls of Wool blog here http://bagsofwool.blogspot.co.uk/
Breakfast is the most important meal of my day.

You can do both. I've rooted cuttings from mine when I take them out in the spring from the closet. Using what I trim off to shape up the plant. But can do the same and put cuttings in pots in the fall. I just don't like keeping up with them all winter; don't have a good spot. The stairwell closet isn't heated and works fine; so would a garage. The plant, and now plants from cuttings come from a really spectacular plant 3 years ago and have not disappointed. The original is what inspired me to try this. At this point I'm putting 4-5 plants in one big bag and it could hold more. I soak the roots around once a month, about 4 times over the winter.

Una, I've been very successful overwintering my geraniums the last 3 years bare rooted.

I like my bike saddle low for the same reason: lack of confidence in my ability to unclip and get off the seat in order to put a foot on the ground if/when I have to stop! So this morning, I intend to get out there and practice the skill with the adjustments Ben made to Sophia the road bike! Wish me luck and pray the next post doesn't come from a hospital!

Although terrible it does not look like a terrorist shooting in Germany just a fragile young man with mental health problems but horrendous consequences
