train for Run for The Cure 5k run in October

My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Drink 1 green tea a day.

Consume 1200 to 1500 calories per day.

Track 60 mins of cardio a week.

Track 60 mins of strength training a week.

Take vitamins daily.

Hi! I am 28 years old, very happily married to my best friend, and live in Calgary, Alberta.

I am looking forward to achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I am not looking to diet or do a short term work out plan, I want to make a life change that will keep me healthy for the rest of my life!

I am motivated to make healthier choices and to become more active.

Other Information:
I love shopping (jewellery, purses, clothes...).

I currently am into Grey's Anatomy, Revenge, Modern Family, Up All Night and How I Met Your Mother.

Oh, and I LOVE chocolate!

Thanks for your comment. I do like Spark! My friend is the meal planner. I can see and account for the foods I eat.

Also, it is fun doing this with my mom. But at times, I feel like the diet police, watching if she's eating a balanced meal and such. It's a challenge, but also a motivational tool to keep me on my toes as well.
