This time it's gonna last...
I've dropped over 80 pounds twice in my life and have put it all back on. Now I have another 80+ to lose... I keep returning to the same old thing -- poor eating habits and little to no exercise. SparkPeople is helping me realize that just doing a little bit every day CAN make a difference! I'm excited for what 2011 will hold!

My Goals:
I want to lose 20 pounds by summer and another 20 by Christmas, and am challenging myself to move 15 minutes per day EVERY day, whether I want to or not! Also hoping to do more outdoor activities with my son (at least 1x wk).
My Program:
Doing a little bit every day and making the right choices more often than not is what I hope will keep me moving forward...
Personal Information:
Grew up in Philadelphia and am a die-hard Phillies fan. Love spending time with my wife, son and 2 adopted greyhounds. Am an accomplished musician and songwriter and used to be a rock star in a previous life... :-)
