My journey to better health

My cholesterol was down and awesome! Dr. is very happy and so am I. After losing 50+ lbs I was able to cut the bp meds in half and working on getting them halved again. I just got Married and am working towards a bmi of 25....getting close then I can have the tubal reversal and try for another baby!

Working on getting back to the exercising as I have been bad getting ready for the wedding consumed all my time but now I am ready to start eating right and exercising ...

My Goals:
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

at least 10000 steps a day.

start deep cleaning this poor house that has not had much tlc in the last few years.

get back to 130lbs one step at a time

My Program:
I started walking on the treadmill some days for hours while reading a book and now I am "working out" on the treadmill and pushing my limits. Eating healthy and keeping calories at 1200 or below for the day.

just bought the wii fit and am going to figure that out next. Strength training using sp exercises and demos has really helped me
