My Goals:
While I realize it is probably too low of a weight - I would love to get back to the weight on my drivers license from my 1984 - 130 lbs. I have set the goal a little higher and then when success comes I re-evaluate!

Personal Information:
I live in the beautiful NW and should take advantage of the amazing outdoor activities available - as I build up strength and stamina - will start looking for local recreation options!

All of my children have fur - two dogs and one very fat cat - Charley, Anabelle, and Kirby!

Other Information:
Favorites! in no particular order:
Movies - anything Jane Austen, Usual Suspects, Bourne trilogy.

TV: Buffy, Angel, Charmed, Bones, 2 1/2 Men, Rick Steves, Globe Trekker.

Reading: this is tough as I have been reading textbooks for the past four years. As I have been traveling for work I have picked up some fun romance novels and then left the book on the plane for others when I finish. Those have been some great easy escapes during long plane rides.

Music: LOVE IT - I have about 1400 songs on my ITunes and am addicted to my Ipod - especially for workouts.

Just wanted to stop in and tell you that you are doing a great job in the challenge so far. Don't be discouraged with the number on the scale because you are building healthy exercise and eating habits. By the looks of it- you are very consistant too- which is definitely a respectable trait here at spark!!! Keep up the good job! emoticon

Just checkin' in to see if you completed the 30 Day Shred day 1. I thought I was dying and had to stop but when I started it back up the video was almost finished! I am going ALL the way through tomorrow! Let me know how you did! KEEP UP THE HARD WORK! = ]
