Cardio 5 days a week, maybe throw in a little strength training now and then, minimum burn 2500 cals a week.

The Razor's Edge by W. Somerset Maugham. Works by wisdom teachers like Vernon Howard, Guy Finley, Krishnamurti, or other authors delving into self-investigations of the machinations of one's own mind for the benefit of becoming uniquely sane in an unbalanced world. The rest a wild gaggle of non-fiction, Philosophy, Spiritual Philosophy, and those secret forays hiding away in the living room with the blinds drawn, comfortably ensconced in my recliner sneaking a gander at the latest Star Wars novel. Alas, I hang my head in shame.
MOVIES:
Mostly deep movies, those with an elusive THING sewn into the weave that, with close attention, reveals its pattern to he or she with eyes to see and ears to hear: The Razor's Edge (black and white version, although Bill Murray's attempt was good try) Regarding Henry, The Truman Show, Joe Vs. The Volcano, Titanic, The Edge, The Wizard of Oz, Shawshank Redemption, etc.
MUSIC:
Anything born of real skill and craft.
