I titled this page new begining, because this is a new begining for me for a lot of things. I just turned 40, I re-entered the work force after being a stay at home Mom for 9 years, I am getting a divorce and I am focused on getting fit, strong, healthy and happy.

Hello and Welcome to SparkPeople. This site can be a bit over whelming at first. A few suggestions are to simply use the nutrition and fitness tracking at first until you get used to them. One thing that helped me figure out the site was to go to the SparkPoints page, which can be found under My Trackers. Even if you aren't interested in the points there are links there for most things on the site and it's a good way to find your way around the site. If you need help staying motivated try one of the Teams with Challenges such as the 28-day bootcamp challenge.
