Im 29 years old. I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls. I am just trying to get back in shape and be a lil healthier. I have a great boyfriend who is very supportive and gives me the extra push I need.


Update got to where I was happy with my body and the all craziness happened. Im now weighing more then i did when i first started here on sparks. So today 12/15/10 im starting over again and will do this at a slow easy pace instead of going crazy like I did last time..

My goal is to get rid of 30lbs and be healthier.

Im now doing barrys bootcamp and I actually like it and im liking the results so far.



Im currently doing the wii active 30 day challenge. I also do hip hop abs, turbo jam and the firm to mix things up. I have been doing the last 30 days of the firm. On Monday 3/1/10 hopefully I can start Insanity and get some toning done.
