I'm learning to change what I cannot accept, and I cannot accept my current weight!

I've come to a place in my life where I just became comfortable. Not trying as hard to work out and maintain some stability in my aerobic abilities nor my food choices. Now, I'm paying for it. I look at how I used to look when I was active and realize I would like to have all that energy back. I would like to have that body back. What has happened to me!! Right here, right now, I am deciding to take charge and make the change for the better, not only for looks but for health too!!

My Goals:
GOAL 1 - To lose 5 pounds by my birthday (10/30)
GOAL 2 - to lose a total of 10 pounds by Thanksgiving
GOAL 3 - to lose a total of 15 pounds by Christmas
Ulitmately I want to lose an overall 25 pounds. I'd like to be lighter than 130, but I think I can maintain 130 health-fully.

My Program:
Being diligent in tracking my food intake. Incorporating more veggies and fruit into my diet. I am also making sure I eat breakfast everyday and eat 4-5 small meals/snacks through out the day

Fitness wise I am trying to walk/jog in the evenings and am hoping to join a gym soon to get in the extra strength training. I am also working at home with my hand weights and band.

Thanks so much for the welcome...that is crazy that we both live here in Spokane. I live on Fairchild AFB hubby is in the Air Force. We have been here for a year this month. We are originally from Texas so I am still trying to get used to everything. Still havent met many friends here, military wives are weird...lol...well not all of them but a lot of them...lol...I just dont seem to fit in with them. i think it is my age...most of them that i have met are like 10+ years older than me....lol...I'm only 21 and I like to act my age.(in a responsible sense)...not like a old homebody...lol...anyways...I hope to get to know you!
