Hello to all the Suffolk Sparkpeople:

It has been awhile since anybody has posted to our team site. I would like to see us become more interactive with each other, to motivate and help support our local members. I live right here in Suffolk, and probably see one or two of you occasionally and without even knowing it. We can make this journey, and together we can help each other. I know I need all the support I can get, (I don't get much at home). I look forward to seeing each of you start posting and getting remotivated to do this.

THANKS FOR THE WELCOME TO THE FAT FARMERS TEAM. THOUGHT I WOULD CHECK OUT YOUR SPARKPAGE. LOVE THE PIC OF THE CAR. I THINK MY PROBLEMS ARE FROM MISSING THE FARM TOO MUCH. WILL BE MOVING TO TENNESSEE NEXY YEAR AND LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING SOME FARMING AGAIN.

Hi there Phil, happy to see your comment on the wet weather your having in England. Isn't this Internet something? I can't even figure out how my tractors keep running? Hope you get a dry spell to get the wheat in. My corn crop looks to be better than the 5 year average and the beans less, not enough pods on the plants. Will know in 6 weeks. Much good luck . I saw on the team huddle you that you seem to be static. Maybe the scales aren't showing a loss but possibly your clothes are getting bigger and bigger. (That's what happened with me.) Sometimes we are losing inches when the scales are not moving. You have made a choice. Tell that little voice to cease and desist with those negative thoughts. Introduce positive self-talk back into your life today! Take a few extra steps several times a day...anything to spike up not only your energy but also your mood. Keep smiling.
