Finding my old self

What have you done today to make you feel proud? In a time when it's not about going with or against the flow but about finding a flow altogether. I'm using this site again to find pride in myself. Hopefully that will be the key to finding pride in the rest of my life. I lift with a personal trainer two to three times a week. Always looking to meet new people for healthy activities. I am in a commited relationship.

My Goals:
Reach a goal weight as close to 200 as I can. With the muscle mass this may be unrealistic.

Maintain healthy eating habits that I've established in the first half of 2009.

Control blood pressure through lifestyle and weight loss to get off perscription medications.

My Program:
Weight training with a trainer 2 to 3 times per week.

Mild cardio 2 to 3 times a week.

Adding new activities such as kyaking, swimming and golf to increase cardio activity.

Personal Information:
I love to cook! Anything food or drink related is totally up my alley. Most people see my kitchen and ask if I cater on the side!

I just want to be DONE and have my weekends back for the first time in oh, five years. emoticon Though that in itself will be a major adjustment...lol.
