I feel you on the rock bottom thing. Im the heaviest i have ever been ;-( O well. Have you thought about trying weight watchers? I just restarted it. (I did it last summer) I lost about 20lbs last summer from it though i wasn't exercising much so this year i am exercising and doing the weight watchers at the same time ;-) I go to the one by chicago ridge mall ;-) 3253 days ago
Thank you kindly for the new sneakers...I will be giving them a workout! I have slowly started back with adding walking to my day, at a slow pace, but it's so nice to at least be back at it. The modified workouts have been a great alternative, but they do get a bit boring after a while, so walking has helped give me another option.
