My ultimate goal is reach a healthy weight which will enable me to live a long and happy life. My starting weight was 425lbs on January 1, 2009. My ultimate goal weight is to get below 200lbs, the high end of the ideal BMI for someone of my height is 189lbs, so this is my goal weight.

I'm a 22 year old student in teachers college in Ontario. I am passionate about education and I really enjoy working with children.

My goal for 2009 is to lose a total of 100lbs. So ...

My motto is to always set my own goals as high as possible. No matter what, even if I can't achieve them I will always strive to do my best and I will always end up doing amazing things.

My goal is to one day work with developing a program to help teach children about healthy lifestyles and to help change the lives of others.

Thank you for showing me it can be done. I am 365 and 6' tall. I really started to give up and just accept my body, but seeing another guy who has lost so much gives me hope. Congrats on the weight lost so far.
