my name is jeff and im 31 years old. Im mostly interested in bodybuilding which is why I have not added a weight loss goal. the fact of the matter is im trying to gain more weight in the form of new muscle gains while maintaining a low body fat %.

My Goals:
my ultimate goal is to get to 300lbs while at 10% bodyfat. thats going to be hard, but not impossible. I hope to get there in 8 years or so.
My Program:
my personal records: bench press :335lbs squat:500lbs deadlift:425lbs im not a powerlifter. I don't workout for strength, but with size comes strength.
